​Manages and optimizes our donor database (DonorPerfect, GreaterGiving) and communications software (ConstantContact, Google Suite) to ensure consistent and accurate data, including tracking donor records and campaign efforts and curating special reports. Creates and implements new strategies for developing relationships and securing funding with individual and corporate donors, including prospective research to identify new fundraising sources. Designs, plans, and executes all social media efforts and marketing strategies. The primary focus was recombinant protein production, purification, crystallization, and biochemical assay experimentation. During my 3+ years at C3TD, I produced over 300mg of N15 labeled protein for the Center’s inaugural NMR fragment screen and over 50mg of SARS-CoV-2 3CLPro for the Center’s first high-throughput screen. Crystallized over 10 unique target-inhibitor complexes whose structures guided structure-based drug design. Has helped train 3 new technicians in basic laboratory techniques. Received introductory training in macromolecular x-ray diffraction structure solution, NMR, and SPR. Moderate experience in tissue culture growing, splitting, and harvesting cells and DNA/RNA extraction. Received a raise in ’21 and promotion in ’22 (Research Technician I), included as an author in two publications, and received the 2022 Q4 Team Excellence Award.
